Focus Play™ Beta Tester Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in beta testing Focus Play™!  Before participating in the beta program, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

• Beta testing is voluntary and participation is not guaranteed.

• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection for beta access.

• Focus Play™ beta testing provides early access to unreleased features and allows participants to provide feedback.

• The purpose of beta testing is to identify bugs, gather feedback, and help improve the overall product experience before public release. 

As a condition of participation in the Focus Play™ Beta Testing Program, you agree to the following Non-Disclosure terms:

• You acknowledge that during beta testing, you may have access to confidential, proprietary, and unpublished information about Focus Play™, including but not limited to features, designs, concepts, functionality, performance data, unreleased updates, and future development plans ("Confidential Information").
   
• You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose, share, publish, or distribute any such information to any third party, including screenshots, videos, feature details, or discussions, without prior written consent from Focus Play™.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or store Confidential Information for any purpose other than participating in the beta test and providing feedback to Focus Play™.
   
• This obligation of confidentiality remains in effect both during and after your participation in the Beta Testing Program.
   
• Any breach of this agreement may result in immediate removal from the beta program and may lead to legal action if necessary to protect Focus Play’s intellectual property.
   
• You acknowledge that monetary damages may not be sufficient to remedy a breach of this agreement and that Focus Play™ is entitled to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies as necessary.
   

By participating in the beta test, you are entering into a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement with Focus Play™.

• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Focus Play™ to improve the product.

• By submitting feedback, you grant Focus Play™ full rights to use this information without compensation or attribution.

• Submitting feedback does not grant you any intellectual property rights to Focus Play™ or its features.

•  You acknowledge that beta versions may contain bugs, glitches, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.

• You accept that data loss may occur and that you use the beta version at your own risk.

• Focus Play™ is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or psychological treatment.
   
• No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided.
   
• Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Focus Play™ Privacy Policy.
   
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
   
• Data collected during beta testing may include usage data, app interactions, and feedback for the sole purpose of improving the app.

• Focus Play™ reserves the right to revoke beta access at any time for any reason.
   
• You may opt-out and withdraw from the beta program at any time by notifying us via email.

• Focus Play™ and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or data issues that may occur as a result of beta participation.

•  These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
